Shift Alarm — Scheduled Alarm

1. Purpose

The application helps you set alarms for repeating work and rest-day cycles, start dates, melodies and volume. The developer is Individual Entrepreneur Efremov Sergey Olegovich, INN 471905964680, OGRNIP 326470400141351. It is provided for personal use on compatible Android devices.

2. Running alarms

Configured local alarms work without internet access. The current version requires Android 7.0 or newer. Check your device's time and time zone, cycle start date, alarm volume, melody availability, and exact-alarm, notification and full-screen display permissions.

Android and device manufacturers may restrict background processing and lock-screen display. A powered-off device, force-stopped application, revoked permissions and power-saving restrictions can prevent an alarm. Run a test alarm after changing system settings. The application is not intended for medical monitoring, emergency alerts or other safety-critical systems.

3. Advertising and the paid feature

The free version displays advertising through Yandex Mediation. Advertising operations are separate from starting alarm audio. You can remove every advertising placement inside the application with a single 149 RUB lifetime payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payment and restoration are covered by the public offer; refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Google Drive is not required to purchase. A purchase verified on the device works offline. New payments depend on activation of the merchant and the particular application version.

4. Google Drive and transferring settings

Synchronization is optional and requires a Google account, available Google services, permission to access application data and a network connection. You explicitly connect it in the application. The cloud copy is read before changes are merged. Deletion records prevent an old copy from automatically recreating deleted alarms.

Synchronization transfers configured alarms and information for verifying a purchase. It does not transfer an ongoing alarm, snooze state, custom audio files or Android permissions. On a new device, check the schedule, local time zone, permissions and melodies. An unavailable custom melody is replaced with a built-in melody and a warning.

Background updates may be delayed; confirm a successful synchronization before changing devices. Cloud synchronization may not work on devices without Google services, while local alarms remain available. Disconnecting Google stops synchronization; deleting cloud data is a separate action in Drive settings.

5. Lawful use and support

Respect third-party rights when choosing audio files and do not share payment confirmations for unrelated people's use. These terms do not restrict acts with software explicitly permitted by law. Do not send Google credentials or payment secrets to support.

When reporting a problem, include the device model, Android and application versions, and a short description. For a payment question, provide available transaction evidence without full card numbers, CVV/CVC, passwords or one-time codes.

6. Responsibility, changes and contact

The developer is responsible for obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. Changes for future use are published with a new date and do not cancel an acquired right to remove ads.
