1. Seller and subject

Individual Entrepreneur Efremov Sergey Olegovich (Ефремов Сергей Олегович), Russian taxpayer number (INN) 471905964680, registration number (OGRNIP) 326470400141351 (the Licensor), offers a simple, non-exclusive licence for the additional Android application feature “Remove ads forever”.

The feature removes all advertising displayed inside Shift Alarm: banners and app-open ads, including the ringing alarm screen placement in versions that use it. Setting and running alarms remain available without purchasing the feature. Advertising in other applications or external websites is outside this purchase.

2. Price and duration

The total price is 149 Russian rubles (RUB) for one licence. This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, recurring charge or periodic fee.

The acquired feature is licensed without a time limit for the user's own compatible devices. Reinstalling the application or replacing your device does not itself end this right; the technical restoration process is described below. The purchase does not promise support for every future Android version or uninterrupted availability of external cloud services. These limitations do not remove mandatory consumer rights or the acquired right to use the feature.

3. Agreement and payment

Before payment, the user reads this offer, the refund policy and the privacy policy and confirms agreement in the application. Payment constitutes acceptance of the offer. The version presented and accepted when the order was placed applies to that purchase.

Payment is handled through the Robokassa SDK and Robokassa's payment form. Available payment methods are shown in that form. A valid email address is requested for the receipt. Card details are entered into the payment form and are not stored by the application's own code.

Payment availability depends on the application version and activation of the merchant account. If the purchase screen states that payment is not connected yet, the application does not initiate a live payment. Publishing this offer does not in itself mean that the merchant account has been activated.

4. Delivery of the feature

The application activates the feature after Robokassa confirms a successful live payment of 149 RUB for the correct invoice and product. Returning from the payment window, opening a link or completing a test payment does not prove a purchase.

Payment and initial verification require an internet connection. If verification is delayed, the original payment can be checked again without paying twice. Closing the payment window does not cancel a transaction already submitted to the bank. If you were charged but ads remain, contact support with the transaction reference or other payment evidence.

After verification, a protected local confirmation keeps the feature available offline without periodic payment. When online, the application may recheck the paid invoice. Lack of internet access alone does not end the licence. A confirmed refund ends the right to the paid ad-free mode.

5. Saving and restoring a purchase

Google Drive is optional and is not a condition of payment. When connected, the application saves alarm settings and purchase verification information in its hidden application data folder. After reinstalling or on another device you own, connect the same Google account and synchronize. The application then verifies the payment with Robokassa again over the internet. Signing into Google without a saved purchase copy does not restore the purchase.

Saving may be delayed by connectivity, Android background restrictions or a request to renew Google authorization. Check that synchronization succeeded before changing devices. Keep the cloud copy until restoration is complete. Local purchase confirmation is protected for the current device and cannot be transferred by simply copying its files.

Drive synchronization requires available Google services and permission to access application data. It may be unavailable on Huawei and other devices without Google services; local alarms and an already verified local purchase continue to work. Custom audio files, an ongoing alarm and snooze state are not transferred. If a cloud copy is missing or restoration fails, support can investigate using available payment evidence.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

A consumer may withdraw from a digital product of satisfactory quality and request a refund within seven days, excluding the purchase date. Rights relating to defects, incorrect or duplicate charges remain available beyond that period where provided by applicable law.

Send requests to sergey_efremov.dev@mail.ru. A missing receipt alone is not a reason to reject a claim; other payment evidence may be provided. See the refund policy. This agreement does not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies or rights to choose the court with jurisdiction.

7. Changes and contact

New versions apply to future purchases and do not reduce previously acquired rights. Russian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Contacting support is offered as a convenient way to resolve an issue and does not remove the right to contact an authority or a court.
